The GR-168 series double thread side seam sewing machine is used for side seam edge sewing in shoe production. It is suitable for indoor slippers, casual shoes, sneakers, sports shoes and other footwear products that require clean and stable side seam stitching.
This machine adopts a horn-head sewing structure, making it convenient for stitching curved shoe edges and hard-to-reach side seam areas. Different models are available for different shoe types and stitching needs, including standard horn head, small horn head, extra small horn head, straight arm, thin straight arm, double needle and double shuttle, chain stitch, bottom seam and rotating hook versions.
The GR-168/5 gear-type head design makes maintenance more convenient. GR-168SC/R and GR-168SD/R models use a rotating hook structure, suitable for thin thread sewing and fast stitching speed. The GR-168SD/R is an improved version with an adjusted angle, making it more suitable for beach shoes and similar footwear styles.
