With an intelligent PLC touch screen control system, the temperature, pressure and time parameters can be adjusted independently. The airbag-type outer mold fits the shoe upper closely, helping create a smooth, full and stable heel shape while reducing wrinkles and rebound after forming.
With four working stations operating synchronously, the machine offers high production efficiency. The mold can be replaced conveniently, and the machine runs stably for long-term production. It is a core forming machine for shoe factory production lines.
