The YL-203A Computerized Toe Cap Shaping Machine is designed for toe cap pre-shaping and molding of men’s shoes, women’s shoes and sports shoes. It adopts double cold and double heat stations with computer control, adjustable clamping and direct cooling refrigeration for stable shaping performance and easy operation.
Suitable for men’s shoes, women’s shoes and sports shoes.
Adjustable Teflon tightening device, suitable for different shoe materials and toe cap molds.
Upper and lower hot molds can heat at the same time to soften the upper material and improve fitting.
Optional steam function for the lower mold according to production needs.
Fixture mold uses Teflon straps and toe mold for stable shaping.
Mold gap can be adjusted according to upper thickness for better forming results.
Direct cooling refrigeration system for fast cooling and good shaping effect.
