Application
The two-station hot and cold heel seat forming machine adopts a heating and cooling process to complete three-dimensional shaping of the shoe heel area. It is specially designed for leather shoes, women’s high-heel shoes, fashion ankle boots, Chelsea boots, and similar products.
The machine heats and softens the heel counter and upper material, then cools them for stable shaping. It supports single-curved and double-curved heel contour forming, making the heel area more structured, firm, and three-dimensional. It helps eliminate wrinkles and prevents heel rebound or collapse after forming.
Suitable materials include genuine leather, microfiber leather, PU, and other synthetic upper materials.
