The FY-11 Straight Strip Leather Double-Side Edge Grinding & Dust Collection Integrated Machine adopts a three-wheel design.The double wheels are suitable for edge grinding and polishing of various regular long-strip materials, such as belts, shoulder straps, back straps and pet straps, featuring uninterrupted variable frequency speed regulation. The single wheel is used for trimming the edges at the head and tail of materials. Different grinding wheels are replaceable to switch between various grinding and polishing processes.

The feeding width is freely adjustable within 80mm, and thickness fixtures can be customized according to production requirements. Standard free accessories include 4mm, 5mm and 6mm fixtures. Equipped with forward and reverse step less speed regulation to adapt to different processes, the machine greatly improves product quality and working efficiency. The built-in dust collection function keeps the working environment clean and tidy.
