Thanks to a specialized mechanical and belt-conveyor design, it achieves optimal roughing and polishing results across outsoles of varying hardness, effectively resolving surface preparation challenges prior to adhesive bonding. It boasts outstanding industrial manufacturing characteristics—including high speed, automation, jam-free operation, and ease of use—and is equipped with a powerful 4 kW motor. It features a maximum roughing width of 160 mm and a robust build (weighing 410 kg), delivering a production capacity of up to 5,000 pairs per 8-hour shift.
